Our Factory

The Blind Design factory located in Eastbourne covers an area of 225 square metres and is where we manufacture around 90% of the products that we sell, including:

Roller Blinds
Roman Blinds
Perfect Fit Blinds
Pleated Blinds
Awnings
Curtains

All of our factory staff are fully trained with most having over 5 years experience in manufacturing our products, which provides continuity of the quality of our products. Whilst we used up to date technology and continue to invest in this, the majority of the craftsmanship is done manually. Some of the technology we use includes:

Pneumatic Metal saw - ensuring that all aluminium metal work is left with a clean cut.
Pneumatic Vertical Blind Louvre cutting machine.
Large Fabric cutting tables.
Pneumatic hole punches.
Electric Sewing machines.
